Where can I find the size guide?

ORDERS & SHIPPING

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we could not edit your address or change any items within the order. But orders are cancellable for up to 15 minutes after they are placed.

If you would like to edit any information about your order, please send an email to support@revivecashmere.com as soon as possible so that we could cancel your order before the items ship out.

Can I place an order over the phone?

We are willing to help you place orders over the phone. Still, customers are encouraged to orders and check out on our website. With our online checkout, your personal information, such as address and credit card number, will be protected.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Domestic Shipping
With Economy Shipping, orders usually arrive within 4 - 7 business days. Should you need your order sooner, we offer the below options with different rate:
Expedited shipping 2 - 3 business days $15
Priority shipping 1 - 2 business days $25

International Shipping
The estimated delivery time for international orders would be 7-15 business days.

How Can I Track My Order?

When your order ships out you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the progress of the shipment.

How Much Does International Shipping Cost?

For all international orders, the shipping rates will be $20 (flat rate). The estimated delivery time for international orders would be 7-15 business days.

Are Taxes And Duties Included In My Order Total?

We ship to over 30 countries on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis, which means you will not have to pay these fees separately when your order arrives. Duties and taxes are calculated based on your shipping destination and are added to your order total in the shopping cart. Duties and taxes are nonrefundable.

If the duties and taxes are not included under the price of the item on the product page and at checkout, your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). As the recipient, you must instead pay these directly to our carrier to release your order from customs upon arrival. This charge is ultimately determined by your local customs authority. For more information, please consult your local customs office.

What Payment Options Do You Accept?

We accept credit cards, PayPal and Amazon Pay.

How Does Afterpay Work?

Afterpay allows you to pay for your order in four interest-free payment installments, every two weeks. Simply select “Afterpay” in the payment method step of the checkout process and once you have clicked “Complete Order” you will be redirected to Afterpay to complete your purchase securely.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

For domestic orders, please start the return process here. Revive Cashmere accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. For international orders, please contact support@revivecashmere.com for a return authorization within 14 days after you receive the package.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged (except for defective products) with original hang tags and packages. Please note that $8 restock fee will be deducted from the refund.

What If I Want To Return After 30 Days Of Purchase?

To make sure our inventory is under great condition, normally we will not accept returns over 30 days of purchase. If for any reason you need to return the items after 30 days of purchase, please email our customer service support@revivecashmere.com for further assistance.

What Is Your Exchange Policy?

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. We highly recommend customers to place another order for the items wanted. If you receive the wrong items or defective items, please contact our customer service team support@revivecashmere.com to arrange exchanges.

When Will I Get My Refund? What Format?

After we receive the return parcels, please allow up to 2 weeks to process and issue the refund. Refunds will be issued in the form of which payment was received. Customer will get an email notification once the refund is processed.
