Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email with a tracking link. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order. Please note that tracking information will only be updated online 1 business day after your order has been shipped.

Unfortunately, We currently only provide U.S. domestic shipping.
Revive Cashmere only accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged (except for defective products) with original hang tags and packages.
Customers can start the return HERE by selecting the unwanted items and the reasons for return. Once your return is approved, you would get an email notification with the prepaid shipping label.
Please note that $ 8 Restock Fee will be deducted from the refund in most cases. Or you can get Full Refund If you would like to get refunds by store credit. All the extra fees for Express shipping or Priority shipping is non- refundable.
After we receive the return parcels, please allow up to 2 weeks to process and issue the refund.

Currently, we only offer exchanges for defective items. We highly recommend customers get store credit refunds and place new orders for the items they want to exchange for.
