Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email with a tracking link. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order. Please note that tracking information will only be updated online 1 business day after your order has been shipped.

*Note: All orders to Alaska/Hawaii/U.S. Territories will be shipped via standard shipping and take up to 21 business days.
For all international orders, the shipping rates will be $20 (flat rate). The estimated delivery time for international orders would be 7-15 business days.
*Note: Duties and taxes will be implemented in the check out process.
Revive Cashmere only accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged (except for defective products) with original hang tags and packages.
Customers can start the return here by selecting the unwanted items and the reasons for return. Once your return is approved, you would get an email notification with the prepaid shipping label.
Please note that $ 8 restock fee will be deducted from the refund in most cases. If customers choose to get store credit refunds, they could get full refunds. All the extra fees for Express shipping or Priority shipping is non- refundable.
After we receive the return parcels, please allow up to 2 weeks to process and issue the refund.

To process the return for any international orders, please contact our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of delivery.
Kindly request for the return authorization, and we will get back to you with the shipping label and instructions.
Please be aware that outbound shipping fees, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Currently, we only offer exchanges for defective items. We highly recommend customers get store credit refunds and place new orders for the items they want to exchange for. If you have special needs for exchanges, please contact our customer service team email@example.com to arrange exchanges.
